About aimco manufacturing
Our customers want to fulfill a basic desire: avoid injury.
Over 50% of workplace injuries happen as a direct result of trying to do too much. We’re talking about overexertion, too many repetitions, or hurried accidents. Think about it, we are a results-driven culture. We care about the bottom-line. Managers look for ways to cut costs and improve productivity. This mentality trickles down to the factory workers, on the floor, sweating through their blue collars to get a job done on time. Managers frequently allow the bottom-line to take precedence over everything else, but should it supersede safety? Everyone knows the answer. We teach it to our children from day one. Look both ways before crossing the road. Buckle up before you start your drive. Watch this safety video before you enter our shop. Safety first.
Factory workers need safer ways to move material.
A forklift is most commonly used when handling material, but this method is dangerous when you are trying to load a bar into a machine or place a delicate load. Automated conveyors and robots are great in theory, but they require high volume of common products, something most small businesses don’t have. If forklifts are dangerous and automation is unwarranted, where can small businesses turn?
Our sister company is a contract manufacturing company.
Lockrey Manufacturing is our sister company, they manufacture the components that go into our lift-assists. Lockrey currently has 12 lift-assists throughout their machining and fabrication divisions. What a luxury to have. If Lockrey has a dangerous situation or a safety improvement opportunity, they tap us on the shoulder and we quickly build a solution for them. It is our mission to bring that same service to our customers. We exist to make sure safety comes first and is delivered fast.
Eliminate the squandering.
There is a clutter of solutions you can find from various crane companies. It is our job to eliminate the clutter and present the best solution to you. Rest assured, if we don’t have the best solution, we will tell you who does. We want you to have the safest lift-assist that fits your application. We would be obliged as your guide in getting there.
